That interest led me a Human-Centered Design class through the University of Illinois, where my first assignment, done during jury duty, revealed how even the simplest real-world experiences can be redesigned for clarity and ease. Since then, I’ve approached every challenge with the belief that almost everything is an opportunity for better user experience.
